Desert Explorations: Anza-Borrego Just for Kids, is a program for kids aged 6 -12, along with their moms, dads, and grandparents.  It's designed to bring a little of the desert into your home and help you prepare for your trip to the Anza-Borrego Desert by giving you fun and educational things to do.

When you get ready for your desert trip download our Explorer's Guide.  It's a activity score chart that gives you points for all of the things you see and do while you are in the Anza-Borrego Desert.  After you have earned 100 points, come to the ABDNHA Nature Center, one block west of Christmas Circle in Borrego Springs, and get a free Junior Naturalist arm patch.  We hope you enjoy your adventures!  Have Fun!  We look forward to seeing you in the desert.
