DARK SKY ACTIVITIES

Want to experience the Dark Sky?

ABDNHA DARK SKY activities

Whether you are a seasoned astronomer, or just an admirer of the night sky, Borrego Springs is the right place for you!

With no stoplights, low development and community-supported lighting standards, this is one of the best places in California to experience the night sky. Of course, you can go stargazing on your own: the Stargazing page will give you information on the best spots and what to find in the Borrego Night Sky.

But if you’d like to participate in a group activity, during the season, from October to May, ABDNHA organizes a vast range of activities revolving around the night sky: we offer in person lectures in our library, webinars, moonlight walks and telescope viewings.
