ANZA-BORREGO SOUTH : ROADS Mortero Wash
Abandoned Water Tank at Dos Cabezas Station Site
Mortero Wash is part of a major drainage system across the southern desert
from the Jacumba Mountains. North of Ocotillo it joins Palm Wash and the two
flow into Coyote Wash. At the heads of these two washes are several points
of interest, including:
