Springs to Culp Valley. There are magnificent views (north, east, and south)
of the Borrego Valley, inside looks at the geology of the San Ysidro Mountains,
a subtle change in the plant life from desert to chaparral, and access to
trails for hiking and driving. |

Getting to Culp Valley. County Road S-22 passes through
Culp Valley west of Borrego Springs and east of Ranchita. The Culp Valley
turnoff is to the north, between mile markers 10 and 9.
