Purchasing Items with PayPal
Our website uses the Paypal shopping cart to process all on-line payments. If
you do not have a Paypal account you can still pay by credit card, (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex) or you can setup a Paypal account at your time of purchase. We use Paypal because Paypal is a fast and secure way to
process online payments. Only Paypal will have your credit information. No credit information will ever be sent to us directly to help insure your privacy.

Problems or Changes on an Order

ABDNHA Members receive a discount on all merchandise purchases. Your
membership must be current to receive the discount. If you are not a
member or if your membership is not current, your order will not be processed.
If you wish, you can join at the time of a purchase and get the discounted
price. If you are not sure if your membership is current, it is best that
you call to check with us before you place your order.
COMMON PAYPAL ISSUES:
If you purchase more than 2 items your PayPal checkout will show these
in a scroll-down window. All of your items are there, you just need to
scroll down to see them.
You may purchase merchandise and
join or renew your membership with ABDNHA and all of it will appear together in
your shopping cart.
Donations, made from our donation
pages, are separate transactions, processed in a different way, so donations
may not be mixed with membership or merchandise.
Need an Invoice?
After you make any purchase on our website you should receive a printable e-mail receipt. If you do not receive your receipt you can login to your Paypal account and print out the receipt for your purchase.
We welcome your input. If you have any questions not covered on our website or
if you are interested in a custom order please contact us.
We offer a no-questions-asked 15 day exchange policy for any item that is either defective or damaged during shipping.
You may return most new, unopened items, sold and shipped by us within 15 days of
delivery for a full refund.
If you need to return an item, please call and we will guide you through the returns process.
Many items sold on our website will have shipping costs. Shipping will be added
to your purchase at checkout.
Small items, such as map, will have an individual item shipping rate, and it
will be indicated in the product description.
Photo prints prices include the cost of shipping, so there is no additional
shipping charge with these items.
All other items will be shipped at the following rates, based on total

appreciate your support.
Because we are located in California we are required to collect California sales
tax on all orders shipped to a California zip code. Sales tax will be
automatically added to your order at checkout.

Our ABDNHA Desert Nature Center & Store (652 Palm Canyon Drive) stocks thousands
of items, including unique gifts and many book titles not widely available.
